We hold permits from NSW Fair Trading, ACT Gambling and Racing Commission, SA Consumer and Business Services, and NT Licensing NT. Winners are selected using certified random number generation technology, and all draws are conducted transparently.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes! You can cancel your membership at any time with no penalties or fees. Simply visit your account dashboard and click 'Cancel Membership.' You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your accumulated entries will reset to zero when your membership expires. To remain eligible for giveaways, you must maintain an active membership.
How are giveaway winners selected?
Winners are selected through an automated weighted draw system. Each active membership tier receives monthly entries (Bronze: 5, Silver: 15, Gold: 30, Platinum: 50). Your entries accumulate while your membership is active, giving you more chances to win. Draws are conducted weekly using a cryptographically secure random selection process. All draws are auditable and comply with Australian trade promotion regulations.
How do I get my promotional entries?
You don't need to do anything! Your promotional entries are automatically credited to your account each month based on your membership tier and automatically included in all eligible giveaways while your membership is active. Bronze members receive 5 entries, Silver members receive 15 entries, Gold members receive 30 entries and Platinum members receive 50 entries per month.
